Grandlunds in CR is about the only place around here you may find reasonable prices. Everywhere else has prices jacked way out of wack wih the rest of the country. That would include Island Outfitters, Pullen's, Gone fishing and a couple others.
That being stated, Island Outfitters does have IMR powders listed at decent prices in their sale flyer. ~ $27 # if I recall correctly.
