Vancouver island reloaders?

Can anyone in the Southern Island help me out learning to reload .223? I have 1500 or so casings, and I want to reload 500-1000 of them.

Try the Victoria Fish & Game.They had a guy there that was teaching courses on reloading.Things may have changed in the last little while though.

Keep in mind that most reloaders will not reload for others because of liability issues.
