Vancouver/ lower mainland Where can I shoot Tokarev ammo?

Good day,

I'm wondering where in Vancouver or the lower mainland I can shoot Tokarev surplus ammo, I've seen that many places don't want it used.

As long as you use paper targets on an outdoor range, I don't see the issue. Could it be just individual range policies? My range at Chilliwack allows it.
Steelcore is steelcore. The issue is indoor backstops and steel targets.

TMSA has a public drop-in outdoor range you can shoot paper targets with steel core ammo. Just stay away from the steel targets.

Im pretty sure all of the outdoor ranges in the lower mainland allow steel core or bi metal ammo, any indoor I've been to (dvc, Langley rod and gun, New west JI) don't allow it due to their backstops.
