Varget and 55g 223 campro reco anyone?

Looking for a plinking round for my AR and wondering if anyone has a load reco that they have already tested in their AR. I can load the min but figured I would ask before loading up the last of these bullets for the weekend.

I have used 25.0gr of Varget and 55gr. FMJ bullets with good success.

With 23 grns Varget I get 1/2 moa all day long in my Colt. On the lighter side but this is for punching flys @ 100yrs
