The Sierra manual has data for Re 7 for 60gr starting load is 18.8gr, max is 21.5.
69gr match kings start is 19.0 and max is 21.2. FS

What bullet weight do you wish to load for? Mostly 69 and 70gr, Varget sounds like a very good choice. Light weights in the 50, 55, 322 is popular , 335, 748, really a long list of good powders that might work very well in your rifle.

I'm working with a 55gr Ballistic tip load with 24gr of Win 748 in my CZ varmint Kevlar, a 1-9 twist rifle, getting some sweet groups at 100 yards. FS

Hey fastsleel give those 55gr BT a full case of Varget, 1/9 XCR my Rem flings them at 3420fps and 1.20" at 300y should be thunder on hogs and Coyotes
Be carfull you don;t blow up that CZ

RL 7 works good in my 222 rem and also 223 with small bullets 53/53gr match
but no ball powders I have tried work well with heavy bullets. Keep with Varget, Rl 15 , VT 540 & 550 couple guys having success with 4895 as well

Westerner I have the same rifle and I was scared when I went to load max with 63 gr Sierra soft points and Varget because the case was full. I just backed it off 0.5 a grain and the bullets shoot great.
The rifle absolutely LOVES Sierra, 60 gr hollow points and H335 powder. I was getting one hole groups with it at 25.3 gr of powder if I remember correctly. I stopped loading the 60 HP bullets because I wanted a heavier bullet for coyotes and then got distracted when I switched to Varget. The Tikka Varmint will shoot sub MOA with just about any load over 3000 fps with any powder and Sierra bullets from my experience with no signs of high pressure at all.
I really have never pushed mine much when it comes to max loads to be honest because I never found the need to try to find more accuracy than 0.4".
The hottest load I ever ran was 26 gr of Varget behind the 63 gr Sierra spitzer bullets which works very nicely at all temperatures.

Varget is super in the .223, just does meter as well as ball. I have shot 55 grain bullets over 27 grains of W748 for years. More accurate than I can shoot 'em. Flows through the powder measure like poop through a goose. Seems to save time when reloading large quantities.
