Ganderite ... you indicate that water is the problem in the powder, as it dries out in the powder charger, it tends to speed it up. A couple of questions come out of that: what would be the proper humidity to store powder at (seeing how we have everyone from the prairies to the coasts, from apartments to bunkers, on the forum)? Or does it matter - can you prevent powder from drying out (I'm thinking of potential off-gassing some of the more volatile components, say in partially filled powder containers)?? Appreciate your in-sight - this has been an interesting thread.
