varmint grenades and IMR4895

I'm having trouble finding load data for my 223 using varmint grenades and IMR4895. I have varmint grenades in both 36gr and 50gr. Anybody want to help me out with some loads?

From Lyman 49th edition

36 GR Varmint Grenades

2.240" OAL, IMR 4895 25.2GRS @2999 FPS starting load

28GRS (compressed)@3369 FPS max load

No data on the 50 GR grenades

you beat me to the lyman book darn it haha. When I got load data from barnes on the 50gr varmint grenade's they told me to take my favorite 60gr load data (as size and pressures would be similar) and work up from there. I used 60gr v-max data and had good luck. YMMV

I haven't had too much luck with the Varmint Grenades yet.
My gun seems to like bullets in the 50gr range. BK's,BT's,V-max's.

Why would the Varmint Grenades be any different than any other 50gr. bullet?

Barnes recommends a different twist than my gun @1:12 for the 50 gr. I am trying the 36gr VG's. Think it has something to do with the shapeand length of the 50gr.
