The marketing department of the manufacturer. There's no such thing as a tactical rifle. That's pure marketing.
A varmint rifle is usually a heavy barreled, bolt action chambered in one of many small calibre, centre fire, cartridges. Usually a .22 centre fire, but not always.
A sniper's rifle is a highly modified, heavy barreled, scoped, usually bolt action, rifle chambered in whatever cartridge its owners opted to use.
A precision rifle is closest to a sniper's rifle, but it's also a heavy barreled rifle chambered in one of many cartridges. They used to be all bolt actions, but not so much any more. It depends on the match and sponsoring body.

a precission rifle is a target rifle ment for shooitn long raneg competition
a sniper rifle is a rifle that is used to hit man sized targets at long ranges and have enough force to still kill a man sized target
the the week lived sellouts pride and joy the lee enfiled is a military sniper weapon and when they stabbed the full auto owners the hand gunners the semi auto service rifle owners the shoot gunners the semi auto hunting rifle owners the precission rifle owners and the bolt action hunters they are going to go HELP US!!!!! as cuckier finishes her rapping of our rights the next day she will start mass exicutions or some other horibble violation of human rights
If we don't stick togeather as a Coheasive group our sport is doomed
as much of us scoff at the Airsoft community we lelf them to cuckier like we left others
the woman will not rest till she has destroyed every gun in canada... or screws up and cause's a revolution and gets shot sadly that will never happen
