I was having a couple of minor issues with my RFB (Mag/Gas settings). I phoned Vault as the dealer I was dealing with was less than confident about dealing with it.
I spoke with Gary and made arrangements to ship my mag back. I must say the service I received was far in excess of my expectations by far. I have much greater confidence in dealing with any of their products in the future because of it.
