Five gloves garlic chopped

White pepper black pepper to your taste

Cubed russets for two
Braise all of these in half teaspoon butter and some olive oil.
Medium heat twenty minutes to pretty much roast the potatoes
In this pot now add chicken stock
Green peas
A handful red seedless grapes or one teaspoon cane sugar
One large can of Italian Accents diced tomato
Bring to boil then turn it to simmer about one hour and a half. I often find this takes on a rusty color and a flavour much like Campbell's Vegetable soup.
Satisfy your protein cravings whatever you desire on the side.
Myself I prefer cheese slices or cheese buns.
And for desert seems just about perfect a slice of apple pie.
