Venision Testicles

I've tried BBQ'd sheep's nuts before. They were seasoned with some cumin and salt. I can honestly say they were more palatable than a lot of other organ meat people routinely eat.
 
never had deer, have eaten calf and lamb nuts. its good if you can get your head over the fact of what your eating and not get bothered by it. always sliced, coated in a fish beer batter type batter and pan fried them, then enjoyed them with a good cold beer to end the day

You're right. We don't need to be eating lots of stuff. And yet we do.

I've watched Anthony Boudain eating roast goat rectum. It was a delicacy for the locals. Cold dead facts: it's just a muscle, lean muscle, and when separated from the membranes it's just meat. If this wasn't the case, we'd be all stinking of sh*t. Don't know about you but I don't.
