Very simple to prepare;

1. Shoot a deer,
2. Cut out the back straps,
3. Slice still twitching back straps into steaks,
4. Season with salt and pepper,
5. Place seasoned steak on a stick and cook over hot coals, but don't over do it,
6. Eat with fingers,.... mmmmm.

After a week of living on packet Pasta 'n' Sauce and instant Noodles, you will eat anything fresh! ;)
 
Great over the fire recipe :)! I prefer doing the same with the tenderloins though ;)

The best part about "good" meat is that it needs no more than a tiny hint of salt and pepper to be delicious...
