ok sorry for the delay been making sausages and all that good stuff with the 4 deer we got

( only half done and 8 kind of sausages so far lol )
chucky meat pie
pie crust of your choice
In a large pot melt 2 tbsp butter and add
1 bulb garlic that been roasted ( remove all the paper thats around the garlic)
( cut off bottom of bulp cover in oil and cook in 250* oven for 30 mins)
1 small onion diced small
1 large carrot diced fine
2 celery ribs diced fine
fry until everything is soft
then add
about 4-6 cup venison
Fry until outsides of meat is brown
once meat is brown add
1 c carrots diced
1 c celery diced
1 c parsnip diced
1 c baby potato's cut in 4's
1 c mushrooms sliced
6 -8 c beef broth
1 c frozen peas and corn ( each)
1pkg knorr cream of leek soup mix
cook until potato's are soft about 30 mins
thicken with a roux ( 1/2 c melted butter mix with 3/4c flour mixed well)
thicken until nice and thick let cool
add
1 c heavy cream mix really well
pour into pie shells top with pie shell or mashed potato's
