Venison who is a top notch sausage maker in Southern Alberta

Hi folks! I am off chasing deer this weekend. I have 3 tags and fully expect at least 2 to be filled. I have usued the same sausage maker 2 years in a row but last year I was disappointed with the quality of the sausages. They just didn't taste up to par. I am looking for the best sausage maker in Southern Alberta. I will be hunting south of Edmonton and I am from Calgary just so you know where to recommend.

I've been happy with Wiegles (although someone said they changed their name to Paolini's or something???)

I've had pepperoni sticks, garlic coils, smokies, breakfast sausage, it was all good. And they will vaccum seal it for you if you ask.
