Yeah, unfortunately it looks that way. It'd be nice if they did what CZ did with the 858's and change the action for Canada's civilian market.

I'm not sure I understand what you're getting at here.

However, some of the American chaps I talk to that have used them have said that they're quite a bit nicer than the Saiga rifles and shotguns. I think they're damn nice looking rifles too.
