Hi I've been looking for a somewhat higher end hunting rifle than what I had in the past.
I've got my eyes on a Verney-Carron in 300 win mag it's in my price range, nice wood, detacheable mag, iron sights, caliber I want and has reasonable weight for hunting purposes.

I was wondering if someone knows a bit more about these rifles, the only thing I found on the net was the pump action models for the european market.
I'd like to have some specifics about reliability,
Barrel hammer forged,
Mag capacity,
Trigger pull,
Trigger adjustments range if any,
bolt construction (extractors, ejector...)
Reliability,
Spare parts availability...
If anyone has this info to share or any website to recommend that's be great since I can't find anything on the bolt action model online.
