versa-pod or atlas bipod?

Im looking for a new bipod what would you recommend? It has to allow side to side movement.

there is a very good reason its 2.5x the price of the versapod, and its worth every cent more, well depending on what modle of the versa your looking at, but still atlas!

havent used the versapod, but after seeing the praise the atlas bipods receive i bought one. Man is it ever sweet! tilts, swivels, locks in every position, solid!

buy the atlas and dont look back.

If you have deep pockets you could get a PH. I can tell the difference between my PH and a Versa Pod because it says PH on the side, weighs 5X as much, and costs as much a good used rifle. I haven't used an Atlas, but it appears to be a blend between a Harris and a PH.

Read most of the info on the Atlas. Question for those who have one when extending the legs is in only to the notches or could it be tighten inbetween the notches as well?

Only in the notches will it lock into place, and they are 1" apart
