Versamax bolt hold open on third round. =\

I've been having issues with my brand new versa max having the bolt lock open with a cartridge on the lifter. Anyone experience issues like this? It has been somewhat intermittent and I am only using this gun for duck hunting right now so thorough testing has not been done. 3.5" shells. Ya da yada. Rather not take it in for warranty if it can be avoided lol
