I'm looking at buying a GRS Hybrid stock which has a hole pre-drilled for a Versa-pod spigot. I want to do this (picture below) with the rifle so that I can shoot from a front rest on a bench without any rails getting in the way during recoil. I also like the look of the far forward bi-pod on a heavy barrel rifle.

My question is if it's possible to adapt the spigot to a picatinny rail so I can use my Atlas bipod and not have to buy/use a Versapod.

This is the spigot; one end gets glued into the hole in the stock:

Thanks!

Thanks!

I got exactly that part from ATRS to put into the fore end of a 50 cal stock.
