vertical for end grip for Ruger PCC

Is any one making a vertical fore end grip that will fit on the M-lock holes on the mag pull Ruger PCC stock Or failing that a grip that might attache to the barrel just in front of the fore end. Due to an injury my buddy can not bent his wrist to grasp the fore end normally. A long magazine helps but something farther out would be nice.
 
His best bet is probably a different fore end or, if he doesn't stow the BackPacker he could screw on a Pic rail to mount something.
ATRS has some new fore ends or like me he could modify a Magpul Zhukov forend to work.

Magpul makes a nice little VFG that fits an M-LOK forend. I mounted a picatinny style Magpul VFG to my Ruger PCC using an M-LOK rail.

The Magpul stubby MLOK foregrip is pretty well unobtanium for some reason. Like very rare. I have the MLOK hand stop but have yet to install it. Currently I run a (longer than I like) vertical grip but it is installed on a MLOK rail like above and isn't very comfortable if you grip it high, closer to the rail.
 
Thanks for the suggestions, I think the fold up feature was the selling point of his backpacker carbine .
Maybe this is a project for the 3D printer guys
 
Even without a forward grip, see if he can get comfortable faking it, by using the front of the short backpacker foregrip as a super micro, as in 2 fingers, vertical grip and then hold his support arm out to the side horizontally with the elbow high and to the side.

It might be enough to take the pressure off his wrist, otherwise as others have suggested a different foreend would probablly be better then strapping something to the barrel.

Another option would be to use the side slots to mount a rail and then go with a horizontal detachable pistol grip.
 
Throw on a small mlok compatible piece of picatinny rail, and almost any commercial foregrip should fit, opens up the options somewhat.

Any modifications to the bottom of the backpacker foreend would block it from being able to attach to the main stock when stowed as designed.

A side mounted grip would allow a STEN style hold and might be enough for buddy's wrist issue.
