Vertical ridge on neck sized brass

I have neck sized 2nd fired brass and I am using a Lee neck sizing die for 308.
After running the brass up and then extracting it, on one side of the neck there is a raised ridge, every so slight. From the base of the neck to the top of the neck.
Like the neck collar pinched that brass instead of compressing it evenly.

I just wanted to know if this was normal or not.
I'll try and add photos to give better information

Collet die? It happens. After sizing withdraw the case a bit, rotate, resize.

Thanks, i was only getting it on one side for a bit, so I just cleaned and oiled the die nad it now is giving 4 even ones on each side.
So i'll take your advice and rotate.
