Very old percussion caps and tin

[lyman54]

I have a very old tin of large percussion caps. The tin is green: successors to F. Joyce London England 250 Non- Corrosive Percussion Caps No.24 On the side is written Imperial Metal Industries ( Kynoch) Limited Birmingham B67BA, England. Can't find much on the web except I think he was the 1st to produce these caps. I saw some similar tins for sale that said 1904-1910. Anyone know more about this? I would sure appreciate more inf. Thanks

If it is Kynoch and non corrosive it would be post 1950.

Yes for sure it is. The caps although not the "top hat" type seem to be almost musket size.
