Vetterli .41 rimfire pics and questions

I just picked this rifle up yesterday from an older chap. I'm into more modern era milsurp rifles and handguns so I really don't have any knowledge of these type of guns. The bore is shiny, sharp and excellent for the age of the rifle, the numbers match on reciever and barrel but I don't see a number on the bolt. Just wondering if I should keep it for a wall hanger, convert to centerfire or just sell it. I really have no idea of what it would be worth to sell anyway. Any advice regarding the old girl would be appreciated!

but if i remember right they have a 12 round magazine so i
believe it would no longer be a antique and will need to be
registered.

Thanks Guys! I sold it. Neat old rifle. I actually was given a live .41 swiss rimfire cartridge for my collection the other day. First one I have ever seen.
