Vibratory tumbler on sale at Princess

Manual says not to use liquid, but it does look like it would be watertight. Manual has a complete breakdown of parts, and it looks rebuildable.
Unless it is one of the self draining tumblers like the Lymans the bowl will hold liquid. That being said, I don't know that the vibratory action of the tumbler would actually work with liquid.

My guess is the reason they advise against using liquids in the tumbler is because of the danger created by the proximity to the electric motor since liquids and electricity don't mix well. Unlike wet tumblers where the entire container can be removed and opened away from the motor that's not possible with a vibratory tumbler as you have to take off the lid to remove the bowl and spillage could occur.
