Vihta 165 and most accurate loads

I am planning to reload and was planning on using the most accurate powder/load (type and amount) as listed in the Nosler manual?
Is this safe?
Where can Vihta powder be located/purchased? If WSS has VIHTA N165 listed on their website does this mean that they have it in stock?

You need to begin with starting loads,and work up to the so called"most accurate loads".Some of the loads listed may not be safe in your gun.And don't be surprised if the so called "most accurate loads"are not so accurate in your gun.
