Vintage UMC advert info please

Can anyone tell me what era this advert is from and perhaps an opinion of value? UMC cardboard tag is 13" x 7"

UMC started in 1867 and merged with Remington in 1912. If its an original piece it would appear to be pre 1912......wTc

UMC being Union Metallic Cartridge. Doubt it has much value. Looks incomplete. Just a guess though.
The steel liners was literally water proofing.
