It will not cut in. People will start working on triggers, cutting corners everywhere to gain the edge.
The only class I see which will make a sense is a Production Class where the trigger pull is more than 5lbs all the time.
No improvement beyond that, period. That will level pretty much all, and will make Production division more honest. No bull barrels,
no improvements whatsoever, just plain jane gun from local gun store. But this is only my wishful thinking and will never happened.
