Peter Dobson is supposed to be getting an order in shortly, and will be distributing the VV line. (I don't know if it's an exclusive deal)
I thought the only reason Higginson's had VV prior to this was because they got the powder from Hodgdons, the US distributor. As far as I know, the powder was the only thing Hirsch Precision/Peter Dobson didn't distribute in Canada from the Lapua line.
