Any of you familiar with these? I bought this about 30 years ago but never used it much. I recently put a Tasco rimfire scope on it and find it to be a very accurate rifle. The imfo Ive found on the net says its a high quality gun too,as you can tell by the smooth bolt action and great trigger. Anyone got one?

I have a Voere 20 gauge over a 222. I much prefer it over the Savage's. It is very well built and the 222 barrel is very accurate. That is my only experience with Voere.

I don’t think there was ever a lot of them imported. there around you see them at gun shows now and then . usually over priced.

The thing Ive learned is,there are or were two companys called Voere, one in Austria and the other in Vohrenbach/Germany. Apparently the German guns are the ones that are top quality. Ive read that the company failed around 1986 when a large order they filled failed to pay up and was bought out by Mauser. dgl1948,is yours a German made?

I own a German Voere rifle in 30-06 caliber. It is very smooth, accurate and has an excellent trigger. It looks and feels like a Weatherby Mark V. All the rifles I have seen from that maker are excellent quality.

I notice the trigger on my .22 is the best trigger Ive ever pulled, for me,its just perfect. Id love to have one in 30-06,they don't seem to come up for sale often.

I cannot tell you if it is German or not. Voere still make firearms. I purchased my second hand. I was not sure if it was chambered for 3 inch, shotgun shell and I emailed the to confirm it was ok. The trigger is not the best on it but I suspect because it has the shotgun barrel it has a heavier trigger.

Had to look up the email from them. Mine is a model 2120 and was made in 1967.

I have one in 22 magnum, very nice rifle. You
might find more information on Rimfire Central, a few of the guys over there have them.
