Mounted a Vortex Venom reflex sight on a Glock 17 gen 4 using a mount plate from China. I tried to sight it in today and it bottomed out on the up adjustment. The Venom is suppose to have 130 moa of elevation more then a Fastfire 2. Has anyone mounted a Venom on a pistol? Where do I go from here? Should I try an actual fastfire mount plate or just get the slide milled? Thoughts, opinions? Where should I send it for milling and how much does it cost?

If MOS then may be someone else can help you. If for non-MOS I use this: https ://outerimpact.com/shop/red-dot-adaptermount-glock-pistol/ mounting my Vortex Venom and it is awesome for me so far. Of course you cannot compare to MOS or a slide job but I can change to almost any reflex sight on the market in about < 1 min since the mount is universal.
