Anyone know where I can buy one in Ontario? or within Canada? I ran a forum search but it's not coming back with any result so, forgive me if there is already a thread for this.

So, does the Promag release operate just like the VQ release? (ie one handed bolt lock/release operation?). I'm about to do some research on it anyway, if you have feedback from customers about it i"d be keen to know.

Yes it will operate the same as the VQ.

Why not modify the factory bolt release, it's a very easy task.

Google, Ruger 10/22 bolt release modification.

Hey Rod,

Yeah I thought about it, looks easy enough. I figure I'll keep the stock bolt release intact and just buy the modified one since they're so cheap. Have my eye on the KIDD bolt release at the moment.
