Volquartsen Evolution .223

I've been on a precision-ish semi auto rifle binge the last couple of years and now I find myself with lust in my heart for the Volquartsen Evolution in .223. However, information seems to be hard to come by and what little the internet/interlie has to offer is overwhelmingly negative. What have the collective experiences of the CGN braintrust been with regard to this rifle?
