Does anyone have any first hand knowledge of this rifle?

The Volquartsen Evolution, our very first semi-auto, tack driving centerfire rifle. It’s a logical next step in our growth and a worthy addition to our line of world class custom firearms.
Like all Volquartsen custom firearms, we designed and manufacture the Evolution right by using our own CNC-machined stainless steel receivers, trigger guard, bolt and other exclusive precision parts as well as our own custom-rifled barrels. In time-tested .223 caliber or hot new .204 Ruger, Evolution is a gas-operated powerhouse that’s equally at home on a bench at your favorite range, or on the hunt for western prairie dogs, eastern woodchucks, or all-too universal coyotes. With an Evolution equipped with virtually any AR-15 magazine, you’re ready to start making a statement with headshots or x-rings at any distance.

You can now build an Evolution to your specifications. Choose available options from the drop down menus below and configure “your ultimate Evolution!”

I'd like to know who sells these in Canada and what the cost is. Maybe I don't need to buy an XCR.

Where is Sylvester Sports? On the VQ website it says Milarm in Edmonton is a dealer. I'll have to give them a call.

Sylvestre's Sports, not site sponsors, in Bonnyville AB is the only Canadian dealer I've heard of.

They're $2600, take AR mags and are very accurate.

The downside is they weight 10 lbs.

OK. I thought there was one unknown shop in Bonnyville and the other was Sylvester Sports. My bad. I'm a little slower than usual today it seems.
