So I thought I'd share my experience with you guys, incase any of you were wondering about their service.
So I bought a Viper PST 6-24x50 2FP, I am pleased with this scope BTW optics are great and fit and finish is top shelf. However when I opened the box their was no lens covers. I phoned over to Vortex and talked to a nice fellow and he explained that some boxes made it out of the factory without the elastic lens covers. I asked if I could get the flip caps instead of the elastic caps and he said no problem. I just got them in the mail today, they're very nice too, better looking then the butler creek caps.
Simple problem fixed better then expected with no hassle, A+ So far...
