Vortex Diamondback 2-8x on 375 Ruger?

Anyone broken a Diamondback? How and on what rifle? Any other options in the same price range that worked for you? This particular model says 4.6" eye relief which is a big plus for me, also ,although it's SFP, the BDC reticle has hashes@1.5/4.5/7.5/11MOA. I don't want to go much higher or lower in the mag range. West coast NA hunting, almost all under 300yds. I appreciate anyone's experience with a similar caliber/scope combo too.

Please don't waste time telling me about $400-$3500 options unless you are willing to give it to me for $400. There is incredible glass out there with great features I really like, but I can't afford more. I am hopeful there are sound optics in my price range. Thanks.

Thanks, good to know. I'll take another look at that one online too. I'm curious about 375Ruger reloads too, but I'll search/start a thread in reloading.

I have a 2-7x diamondback, I will be upgrading to a 2-8x diamondback hp or a monarch 3 2-8x, which would also be in your price range if you can find one.

Had a 3-9x40 diamondback that would not hold zero on a slug gun. 3200 elite held fine. Hope that helps

I have had a reticle spin on a 10/22.

Great warranty, btw. They gave me a brand new one, that I sold.
