I have a brand new spotting scope that they sent me when my old one was damaged during a recent repair went sent for warranty in the states.
The issue I am having is the eye piece, when attached and locked into place, has considerable movement up and down. So when turning up or down the magnification, you feel the wiggle as you turn.
Would this lead to issues down the road in terms of fogging of lenses between the eye piece and scope, I doubt that connection is suppose to be a sealed connection. But I worry that if it rains, it will be more prone to having water get in there.
My older version, when locked was ridged in place.
