Vortex Impact Spotter

Go with the Nomad if you can. The Impact is a decent little scope, but I have found the point of aim can move as you adjust the focus. I have a Nomad here and I really like it. It has good magnification and good clarity for work out to 500 yards and beyond depending on what you are spotting.
 
I borrowed a friend's Impact and used it tonight. Looking for .22 cal holes at 200 yards and 300 yards it was ok... I could see them but the focus tracking was inconsistent. My friend had a $60 scope that was sharper and kinda turned me away from the Impact.

I'm thinking Nomad now...
