Anyone have hands on experience with the new vortex micro 3x magnifier?
Possibly with different red dot / holosights

Also interested in general opinions / experiences with magnifiers and their use with red dots / holos
Particularly on ar platforms and anyone that does action shooting

If anyone has used one of these, could you compare it to an Eotech G33? Is the G33 worth the extra weight and money? The Micro 3x is almost 50% lighter.
 
I use a Holosun/Primary Arms red dot with a Burris magnifier on my AR and really appreciate how versatile the setup is. I have shot out to 500m with the bullet drop in it and landed hits on gongs shockingly easy. I am really impressed with what can be done with it.

The micro 3x caught my eye real good when I saw it and I may take the plunge on one as a treat to myself. I'm also curious if anyone on here has taken one through it's paces and what they think of it.
 
I have the Holosun 3x magnifier behind one of their red dots on my 223 xcr, and love the combo.
I just put a 4x Sig magnifier & an acss reticule Holosun on my stag 10...I love it so freakin much
