vortex nomad spotting scope

i looked through one today and it looked pretty good, although i do not have much to compare to.
it is a lower end scope but the guy said that it is better than buying a nikon etc where they have a much cheaper line when the vortex nomad is the lowest quality/price they make. ie you are getting the body and similar glass from their higher quality line.
usage will be hunting deer and moose and little bit of target
have any of you guys used one? pros/cons?

I like you looked at one in the store. It seemed like pretty poor optics to me, fairly bright but not very good resolution. Wate of money to me as I'd not be satisfied and eventually upgrade to better optics.
