vortex pricing

I am in need of a scope. vortex is the brand I want. Does anyone know who has the best pricing on them?

just checked out that site...went to contact us. They are in Utah if i get the US abbreviation correct.

So the question that brings up...is what kind of border/permit/prohibited issues would one face in importing from this site.

Looking at the Vortex Viper 3-9x40 too. Anyone know of the best time when they go on sale and from which store? I've seen a couple of good deals in the US but that is just a tease.

I understand that they don't but we normally see shops or stores doing some promo like taxes off or 10 or 20 percent off on all merchandise maybe boxing day, easter sale or even at a gunshow that kind of thing.
