Vortex problems

looking for a new stock, something mcmillan or H&S. Not super pick but a solid tactical base and pistol grip are key.

problems with my Vortex PST scope-as in the range zoom being impossibly hard to adjust, whats up with that?? its brand new and i have to brace the rifle and use two hands to adjust it-possible warranty as its brand new
have the 4x16x50 moa
