I have often seen these scopes for trade in the EE, asking to trade it + $ for the higher mag model.
Always wondered what was the market for a 3-18
Figured a DMR semi auto sort of rifle chambered in 308
I guess the 50 objective bell clears easier on a flat top and the 3 mag could be used in closer quarters
This is only a theory though, would still like to see what and why people are running this scope
