Vortex Spitfire on Ruger PCC?

I have a spitfire on another rifle. I can transfer it over to the Ruger tonight and report back what I found with respect to if it can work.

The results of my test show that by closing my eyes and mounting the rifle to what would be the natural fit - when I open my eyes the reticule is just below optical center of the lens.
With eyes open and 5-6 mounting repetitions, I can get my eyes to center the reticle in the lens.
I suspect a 1/4 inch piece of foam under the cheek riser (between stock and riser) alignment would be ideal.

Note position of rear sling mount - its like the cheek riser was made to fit the rifle - almost dead center of the two mounting straps.

I'd bet the MCarbo stick on neoprene cheek riser underneath that riser you have would be about ideal, of course if it's going underneath the riser it won't be seen anyway and a scrap piece of foam would probable work just as well at virtually no cost.

I did mount my Spitfire AR for fun just to see last night, but I don't think I could come to like the height it sits at without a cheek riser of some sort to equal things out so I removed it afterwards.
