Vortex sun shade for 50mm - Cheap Solution

So for those people that bought a Vortex scope and don't have a sunshade I found a much cheaper solution.

Looking around a Vortex sunshade is going to run you about $75-$85.

The cheaper solution is go to any store that carries Scorpion brand scopes and see if they have a Sunshade for one of their 44mm scopes. We had one kicking around the store and it didn't seem to fit any of their 44mm scopes (we also have a 50mm sunshade from them as well)

The 50mm sunshade by Scorpion didn't fit my Vortex Viper 6.5-20x50 but the 44mm one did. And it only cost me $20....
