I recently bought a Vortex 3x Spitfire from someone here on CGN. I had purchased the optic knowingly without the 2nd shorter set of mount screws and without the ocular lense cap.
I knew I was going to remove the riser on the optic mount and use the shorter set screws so I contacted Vortex to see if I could purchase a lense cap and set of mount screws.
Not only was everything handled and taken care of within a <5min phone call, but it was all provided and shipped free of charge!
