Does anyone know where i could find the Vortex VMX3 Magnifier with the swivel mount?
Or maybe just the swivel mount?

The price seems to be very attractive

Just ordered one in from Italian Sporting Goods here in Van. I got the fixed mount version and I'm very happy with it.

Called Vortex on this one, apparently they are waiting on the State Department in the US to issue the export permits. Could be a day, could be a month, could be...? They tell me usually it is not too long, so hopefully soon!
