Shout out to Vortex Canada sent my Golden Eagle scope in for testing after a nasty tumble at the Westerns. Eight days later its back clean, tested, scratches touched up good to go.

I gotta say, I was a vortex hater (crossfire/diamondback etc), but have been enjoying them on a higher level, eg strike eagle, LHT and find them to meet or exceed expectations.

The idea of buying another crossfire makes me retch tho

I dig my strike eagle (4-24). It's been too easy. Gonna try out a 1-4x24 in the near future.

I've got a Venom 5-25 a DBT 6-24 and they have both been great. Have a Strike Eagle 1-6 in one the way.

It is nice that Vortex offers such an easy warranty, even if it is baked in to the purchase price.

The picatinny mounting pin failed on my week old SPARCII red dot.
After emailing Vortex Canada I used the pin from the tall mount (came with a short and a tall).
Vortex CS responded the same day. I received a package within a week and was expecting a new pin but they sent me both mounts/pins plus the shim plate.
Won't be my last Vortex product......
