So I have zeroed my 22 at 50 yards and got a 40 moa rail and installed the zero stop ring and it works as it should . Then I was wondering it only lets me dial up just shy of 50moa . So it looks like the ring only lets you do 2 rotations and then stops on the other side of the zero stop . If I take the ring out I can dial like 90 moa and it’s about 10moa of the bottom .
Has any one experience this or am I missing something? I would like to shoot 400-500 yards with my gun and it seems like I need to run it with out it installed

That’s the downfall of this style “stop” it’s kind of a rotation stop! Your options are take it out and have no zero stop, or leave it in and use hold overs when you need more elevation then the “stop” allows

Yes, the zero stop takes 1/2 your travel away. I’ve got the same scope on a T1X. I’ve got a 20MOA base and Burris XTR rings with offsets installed (30MOA) I think. At 50M the elevation is 4.5mils off the bottom so like 13 MOA. Leaves me 97 or so to dial before using the reticle for holdover.

Got it figured !!
So I have 4 strike eagles and as long as you have at least a 30-40 moa rail you only like 8-10 moa of bottom . So not that difficult to remember we’re to set it at zero. There are decent and work for me so for my 308 I ordered a 40moa rail from Alberta tactical . Those guys definitely get there products out fast . Nearly a same day service .

**edit - I didn't see you last post - you got it...***

Simply don't use the zero stop... with that rail your zero should be just above the bottom of the elevation and then you get the whole spin of the turret. This is why I put a Strike Eagle on my .22 over a Viper Gen 2...
