My VQ Standard with laminate stock arrived today thanks to Sylvestre' Sports. Hopefully, wind will permit a trip to the range tomorrow.

Waited just over 4 months from order to delivery. I know it waited at the border for at least a month. It is heavy (close to 8 lbs) but balances very well off-hand. Barrel is 18.5" with 0.92" diameter at muzzle. The VQ accuracy standard is 0.375" five shot group @ 50 yds using Wolf mid-grade ammo. I will be trying SK as I understand it is the same as Wolf. I need to add a studd for the bipod.
Got it to the range today but it was raining and wind gusts from behind...tried a couple of (5 Shot) groups (50M) with an old box of Eley Club - both were about 1/2" with each group putting 4 shots under .25" and then the flier to open it to .5" Same result with Eley Match on one group, but the second group put all five under .25" Also had some Eley Tenex which shot poorly. Targets got too soggy to measure and shooter got too cold.
Trigger is nice and crisp and set at about 2 lbs pull. Fed well from the standard Ruger 10 shot magazine. Also tried the banana clip but it would not feed (now for sale).
