Vudoo 360 in Foundation stock

Over the last few years, I have had some positive experiences with different Vudoo rifles ( single shot and repeater ). Now I wanted to try something different.
Here it is:
1- Vudoo 360
2- 24 inches Lothar Walther 1:12 twist barrel ( straight 1.25 contour )
3- Foundation stock.

So far only one range trip and I am impressed. I shot the best group that I have ever shot in my life ( and I have a few nice ones, Annies 54, Rem 40X, Win 52 etc ). But that was one group ( 50 yards ). Sorry, I did not keep the target but for those who will believe me it was one hole and not a ragged hole, really like one single bullet had gone trough but it was a 5 shot group. The rest of the groups were very good but not as epic. I also shot at 100 yards and accuracy was extremely good. So far, only tried SK std plus, SK long range and Lapua Midas +. The cheaper SK STD plus did the best ( only one lot number tried ).

Gun looks awesome. Just guessing the weight to be 16.5-17lbs. Hopefully since it’s new it will just get better as the barrel breaks in. Congrats and very promising. Looking forward for follow up on this build.

Glenn: you are right I think this one is going to be a keeper. I intend to experiment much more at 100 yards and even 200 yards with it this summer. I will keep you guys posted.

Steyr, I also got no answer from a couple of emails to Insite lately. Don't know what is happening.
The barrelled action, stock and trigger on this one are from GoBig tactical. Tom still has one or two of those barrelled actions with the Lothar Walther 1.25 barrel in stock ( I think ).

Hi Gilbert, that’s a nice rifle I wish it was available a few months ago. I ended up with a RimX with 1-12 twist in a MPA chassis from GBT.
 
Insite is very busy and Harley is only on the gunsmithing and Andrew has a gaggle of kids and a full time job so they do as best as they can! The wait is worth it. A very fine bunch of fellows that know their stuff. Canadian too boot makes it even better.

Rifle looks fantastic Gilbert, thanks for the support! Yes we are doing these custom Vudoo's with the help of Dennis Lair at Go Ballistic Gunsmithing. Dennis does excellent work!
